win7 32位 modelsim6.6a 求救！！！！！！

别人win7安装的modelsim6.6a都可以用 我的安装就不行，显示：

unable to checkout a viewer license necessary for use of the modelsim graphical user interface,vism is closing.

怎么办 啊？？？？求救。。。。。
