NTG is building a compelling and sustainable Tablet solution with great user experience on latest Intel technology. At Software Development and Innovation Center of NTG SSE (Software and Solutions Engineering) of PRC, we look for a lead technical contributor to join us on SW development and innovation for IA based tablet products. The team is in the early forming stage and provides a great opportunity to play a key role in building the organization and capabilities from the ground up. As an architect in the Software Development and Innovation Team, you will work with key customers, independent technology suppliers, marketing, engineering management and architects from multiple disciplines to negotiate, architect, and lead implementation of a wide range of high complexity features and systems, analyze requirements, and define software strategies. You will also work with driver architects, silicon architects to influence the architecture of future silicon products and help software development teams with understanding, scoping, and planning implementation work. You will lead debug of especially difficult problems involving hardware and/or multiple software subsystems, and develop prototypes to evaluate or illustrate new technologies, designs, etc. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvements in NTG software development processes and product quality and for technical mentoring of other engineers within the software team.

职位所需技能
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years developing software drivers and/or embedded firmware plus 2 years of software and/or system architecture experience with complex embedded systems (including high performance GFX and video/audio processing). Demonstrated success in designing and leading implementation of complex software architectures to aggressive deadlines and involving multiple teams. Must have strong knowledge of Linux/Android internals, drivers and RTOS concepts. Windows embedded experience is a big plus. Experience with leading collaborative SW/driver development is also required. Knowledge of IA/PC system architecture and experience with development of consumer based devices such as tablets, mobile phones or set top boxes is highly desirable. Technical communication skills will be very important as you document and present complex technical information to inform and influence a variety of internal and external audiences including customers, architects, managers, and developers. The successful candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup like environment.
