职位描述

Job Description  - Serves as China customer's advocate inside TI to drive compliance with China customer quality and reliability requirements and commitments

- Responsible for working very closely with customers to understand customer’s IC application and failure symptoms, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to significantly reduce and maintain failure rates over time

- Responsible for continually improving TI process, product, or service based on customer's requirement beginning with new process development through product end-of-life

- Responsible for assisting customers with safe launch / ramps of existing and new products

- Responsible for initiative and maintain debugging tools for customer’s IC application

- Frequently interacts with customers and TI functional groups in process, product development, design, test, marketing, manufacturing, etc. stage

- Periodically attend Customer Quality review meetings, and coordinates activities of TI functional groups outside of the quality organization to achieve customer quality requirements

-        A major part of the job involves providing on-site support to debug and resolve any customer technical/quality issues as and when required
