Role

Advise and support Channel Partners management or Xilinx team leader on Disti FAE resource requirement by branch, alignment with Xilinx demand creation KPI goals and Targeted Design Platform directive

Assist Channel partners management set measurable goals for Disti FAE resource

Establish effective Disti FAE team communication and technical knowledge sharing system

Develop effective system to achieve 50% Design Win conversion from Design Registration across the board by disti
-
Monitoring and assisting disti all key accounts FPGA engineers to ensure they are well verse and current with Xilinx software / silicon key and unique features by implementing Authorized Training Partner, workshop and onsite seminar

Close the gap on disti key customers technical needs and issues. Manage customer lost opportunity

Manage, drive and improve demand creation productivity of Disti FAEs across the board
-
Bring up Channel partner technical support capability, such as solution or domain specialist team within Disti FAE team.

Assist manager on local Targeted Design Platform requirement, compile customer success story

Job Requirement
·
10 years working experience in FPGA industry as field technical support
·
3-5 years as FAE manager or Technical manager position
·
Good business acumen and customer relationship
