职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Focus on Xilinx product line.
2. Conduct training/seminar for customer
3. Provide Technical support, include coding and debugging for customer
4. Work as a team with PM and Sales

Other Requirement:
1. BS degree, major in electronic engineering;
2. At least 3 years working experience as FAE or R&D with exposure in Altera/Xilinx;
3. Hard working, also be proactive to solve the problem;
4. Product presentations to major customer.
5. Ability to develop and partition algorithms in hardware and software, and to effectively position Xilinx solution at the system engineering level within the customer base.
6. Experience in Consumer Customer is an advantage
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

1.    良好的数字电路基础，熟练使用Verilog 或VHDL进行逻辑电路的设计；
2.    熟练掌握XILINX FPGA高速串行收发器GTP/GTX结构，掌握PCIe, RapidIO,XAUI,SFI5, SATA等接口及相关协议，至少具有两种以上高速串行协议的实际开发经历；
3.    熟练掌握高速串行总线的仿真和实现过程；
4.    熟悉高速串行总线的信号完整性规范，具有FPGA和板级综合调试能力；
5.    工作认真、仔细，有高度责任心和敬业精神，良好的沟通能力、较强的动手能力、较强自学能力、较好团队协作精神；
6.    具有通信行业工作背景者优先；
